Today was the last day of my first class! We recorded our final presentation in the morning and went to a lecture for most of the afternoon. On our break, I went with a few girls to an Indian and Middle Eastern fusion restaurant. I had a falafel pita, which I really liked.

Then, our professor took us to one of his favorite places, Kennedy's Irish Pub. He brought his toddler with him, which is always funny. He lets us in to much more of his life than any professor I've had in the US. I had a cider and an Aperol spritz with some of the girls in my class. It was my first time trying Aperol and I liked the drink, but I think it might be better when made somewhere other than a small Irish pub.

After hanging out in the pub, our class walked to Tivoli, the amusement park, together. The university covered our pub drinks, park entrance fee, and dinner. We went to Gasoline Grill, a popular burger place here I've had before. I tried tempeh this time, which was good but wasn't my favorite meat alternative. The vinegar fries were very good though. By this time, it was pretty late so I went home and relaxed for the night.
