Today I met with my project group to work on our final project. I messed up the Metro for the first time since I've been here. I got on the right route but the wrong direction so my ride was extra long. Luckily it goes in a circle so I just waited for my stop.
We ate at an American themed diner while we worked on our project. I got a quinoa burger. A few hours later, we met with our professor to discuss our project progress. The meetings ran pretty far behind because my professor's girlfriend had a baby last week so my professor brought his 2 year old with him and he did not enjoy sitting at the diner table for long. I think I will be very busy with school this week while we finish our final project.
I got home around dinner time so I made myself dinner at home and went to the store for some juice. I ended up getting a few candies, including Smarties, which I've been wanting to try so I'm excited to try those this week. Tomorrow I have a field trip during most of the day so I will not have a lot of free time again.
