Today I saw the rest of the things in Copenhagen that were on my list to see. After having a pastry in class to celebrate my classmate's birthday, I worked on my project and then came back to my apartment to drop my laptop off.

I started my journey by taking the Metro to the Church of Our Savior, which is an old church with 400 stairs that give you a view of the city. I was worried I wasn't in shape enough to climb it based on what other people have said but I actually found it very easy. I think I came at a good time because it wasn't busy so I was able to climb it faster. The area you climb is mostly indoors and is wooden. It is very steep and narrow. I went on a good day because I bet it would be very hot inside on a warm day. The views from the city were very nice.

Then, I walked pretty far to see the Little Mermaid statue. It was underwhelming even though I've heard it isn't that cool. I'm glad I saw it to check it off my list.

The last place I wanted to go was Reffen, the outdoor market, since that was probably my last chance to go. It was right across the water from the Little Mermaid so I waited for the ferry to come. After waiting 27 minutes, only 4 people got off the ferry and they were at capacity so I couldn't get on and had to walk a few miles to cross the river. I was able to take a bus part of the way there and took the bus home so luckily it wasn't too much walking but I did walk 10 miles in total.

Lastly, I met my roommates and some of their friends at a GoBoat place. You can rent a small motored boat with a table in the middle and drive it around the canal. We did it for one hour and I drove it the whole time. I did a really good job driving the boat even though it was hard to steer and very slow. Another girl tried to take over so I could have a break but she crashed into someone's parked boat while they were standing inside it so I took back over. I even parked it perfectly in the dock on my first try. It was really nice weather and I was happy we got to do it.

I got a pastry from Saint Peder's, the oldest bakery in Copenhagen, in the morning. Since we were given pastries in class I tried my pastry at night.
