Today was the last day of our study tour in London. I woke up early to see the Tower of London and check out Soho a bit more since I liked it the night before.
Then, I met my class at the London Eye for our ferris wheel ride. The carriages are really big compared to other ferris wheels I've been on. It was also very tall. The view was nice and we could see really far when we were near the top.
After our ride, we rushed back to the hotel on the tube to collect our luggage from the hotel and get to the airport. Security took maybe 5 minutes to get through so we had a lot of time to hang out in the airport. I had some parmesan fries with ketchup, which tastes very different than in the US.
Our flight was pretty empty so we were able to board quickly. I somehow ended up getting my own row even though a lot of other rows had 3 people in them. The flight was less than 2 hours but it was already 8pm when I arrived in Copenhagen. I didn't check my luggage, so I left my class and hurried to the Metro so I could get home as soon as possible.
After getting home, I ate a pizza from a local pizza place I hadn't tried yet. I thought it was pretty good compared to a lot of other food I've had in Copenhagen. I was exhausted after being so busy all day so I slept earlier than I have been recently.
Ahhh I was so scared on the London Eye--not good for a fear of heights. And I loved the tower of London! Looks fun!
