Today we got to go to tea since ours was cancelled earlier in the week. We were supposed to go to Fortnum & Mason but since it was cancelled we went to Theatre Royal Drury Lane. All the sandwiches were weird, but the veggie options were especially weird. The sweet pastries were better though. I also really liked the tea. I had a lemongrass tea.

Then, we went to a sketchy area where there was a clothing manufacturer called Fashion Enter. It was a small sustainable design and sewing studio. It was very hot inside because there was no air conditioning and a lot of machines running and I don't think my professors will take another group here. They were hoping to hear more about the business side of the company but instead the lecturer showed us how her employees sew clothes. It was a very small shop and the owner didn't seem to know her employees' names which gave me the impression this place isn't as ethical as they advertise. This took a long time and it was far from home but we traveled back to the hotel and were able to sit down for 15 minutes before heading out to dinner.

We went to Dishoom, which is the Indian restaurant I went to earlier in the week. This was by far the best meal I had in London. They brought us a feast with multiple courses and dessert. I shared a platter with only one other girl, so there was a ton of food to eat. We also got beer which I thought was pretty good.

Then, we went back to the hotel and had a drink in the lobby before going out. I went with my classmates to a pub in Soho where there was live blues music. I went home after having a few drinks at the pub but it was fun and Soho was a great area.
