Today I went to class where there was a guest speaker from a sustainability consulting agency. They help companies comply with regulations and plan for their future sustainable endeavors. They have a 4 day work week and only work 32 hours each week, but say they get paid the same amount as competing consultants. I think they must be charging their clients more money than their competitors, but they claim they do not. I would be interested to hear more about that.

After my lecture, I came home and ate some lunch before heading back towards my class to meet Baylee. On the last Wednesday of every month, the Glyptotek Museum has free admissions in the afternoon so we went to check it out. They had art from Denmark and France. There were a lot of sculptures and they had some famous paintings too. I don't have the best eye for art but they building was very cool and I enjoyed seeing different styles of paintings.

After walking through the museum, I got some fresh squeezed orange juice that was super good. Then, Baylee and I walked around the town and found a place to eat dinner. I got a salad that was hardly more expensive than my bottle of water. Water is usually around $7 here and they don't allow outside food or drink so I try to drink plenty of water beforehand but I needed to order some today. Then, we had dessert at a churro place that I've been wanting to try which was delicious. I got churros with white chocolate, Oreos, and soft serve. It was a nice day to walk around and try new food.
