Today was a religious holiday celebrated in Denmark called Whitsun. It is a Christian holiday celebrated 50 days after Easter. Some places were closed today for the holiday and roads will be closed tomorrow for the Royal Run.

This morning, Baylee and I got up and headed to the central downtown area to see a flea market that is held on select summer days. Most of the vendors had clothing and some of it was cool but most was from H&M and Zara. We didn't end up buying anything but it was fun to look around.

There was another street food market next to the flea market. They had a lot fun restaurant options and I chose a poke bowl place. I got the vegan option which had really good tofu and also had black rice, which I haven't tried before. I really enjoyed my food.

Then, we came home and after resting for a little bit, I went for a long walk. There is a park in my area so I walked about 20 minutes to that and explored the walking paths. Further in the park, the paths back into the Copenhagen zoo, so I was able to see an elephant on my walk. Unfortunately, I did some research and the Copenhagen zoo is really unethical so I definitely won't be visiting but seeing an elephant on my walk was cool.

After my long walk, I came home and cooked myself dinner. I don't have any plans for tomorrow since we're not sure how much will be blocked off for the race, so I will likely do more city exploring.
